Chris helped me get my home ready to be listed on the market, doing several different smaller tasks including replacing a hinge and rehanging a cabinet door for a kitchen corner cabinet; fixing up a storm door; installing new smoke detectors; and replacing a full wall of insulation in the basement. When I was worried while prepping for an incoming blizzard, he even came over to help me with turning off the water to the outside hoses and advised me on other aspects of winter prep. Chris is honest, trustworthy, and communicative, as well as knowledgeable, skilled, and fairly priced. I often was not home when he was working in my house and he always cleaned up, locking the door behind him. I will absolutely be calling him again when I have projects to be done in my new house!
