Working alongside Klarissa as the lender on her buyer’s financing was nothing short of amazing. I got to see her fantastic negotiating skills since there were some property issues that came up and not only did she protect the buyer’s deposit for seeing their could be an issue later, when more items came up after signing the contract, the buyer already had the upper hand. She was elegant in her demeanor, calm, friendly and made sure our buyer got everything she deserved, including a reduction in the purchase price.
