Extremely happy with my extensive bathroom renovation. Bill Ganem was the lead contractor. He worked with me as construction progressed, listened to my needs, and gave valuable suggestions. His carpentry, painting, and supervisory skills were excellent. His team of subcontractors were all top-notch. Work was completed on schedule. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would hire him again in the future.

We had QBB do both a basement and a bathroom and both came out exceptional.
We contacted several contractors who claimed to specialize in finishing basements however Quality Built Basements seem to stand out amongst the crowd. Bill was amazing from start to finish. He took time to educate us as to why things were being done a certain way and gave us progress updates along the way. When something unexpected caused a delay, he immediately contacted us telling us why. In addition to communicating the aspects and progress of the project, we found Bill and his staff to be extremely neat and professional. Often you could not tell that major work had been done as his crew did such a great job cleaning up at days end. The finished product is simply amazing. It is hard to believe that an unusable space was transformed into such a functional and inviting room...having far exceeded our expectations. We would use Bill and Quality Built Basements again and recommend him to everyone we know.
We had an entire basement finished and a bathroom installed. Bill did most of the work, and coordinated with the plumber and electrician. It came out beautiful, and added significant value to the house if we ever decide to sell. Bill is very easy to work with.
