KP Drains

Given the lengthy responses to critical reviews, I’ll simply say that my experience was consistent with the rating I’ve given.

They responded quickly. Otherwise, I didn't feel like they took my issue seriously. Septic smell coming from the sink, he looked down the drain with a flashlight and looked at (but did not touch) my under counter piping and declared it must be just gunk build-up (on my 2 year old sink) and to poor bleach down it occasionally. Did that, still smells like septic. Not satisfied with the end result.

We had a leak from our sewer pipe and Mike came out within 24 hours of calling. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Couldn’t recommend him enough. It was quick and reasonably priced as well

They were so helpful with our drains. They froze and were able to promptly address and help the situation. Brandon and the guys over there were so friendly and answered all my questions with patience, grace and provided me with great advice and insight. 10/10 service!!!

I hired KP Drains to clear a kitchen sink clog. While they cleared that line, their work immediately caused a secondary, severe backup in my bathroom—a problem that did not exist before they arrived. Instead of taking responsibility for the shifted blockage, the technician told me he couldn't fix it and advised me to hire an outside plumber. I followed his advice and had to pay a local Watertown plumber $300 in cash for an emergency visit to fix the mess KP Drains left behind. When I reached out to discuss a fair adjustment to the $215 invoice, the office was aggressive, threatened me with collections, and made up details about the second plumber’s work that I never even provided. They are refusing to acknowledge the clear link between their work and the immediate secondary failure. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and the high-pressure collection tactics for an incomplete job. I offered to pay 50% as a good-faith settlement, which they have so far ignored. Prospective customers should be aware of their "not our fault" policy if things go wrong.
