Working with Kris Johnson and his team is truly a pleasure. They are efficient, thorough, knowledgable and most importantly - courteous and kind. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING and they ensure the job is done right - everytime. Shout out to Dan and Mike who recently worked so hard identifying and fixing a complex HVAC issue in record time. Thank you of course to Kris himself for being communicative and helpful. Always a pleasure working with these guys.

Was referred to Kris Johnson through Bosch's website when inquiring on a heat pump. They not only provided the best price but were able to work within the timeline needed to keep our project going. After installation, we did have an issue with the heat pump which they were very reactive to getting resolved under the warranty.

Had a similiar encounter like peter parkman. Driver in one of their white pickup trucks seems to have anger problems on the road and likes to give obscene gestures to other drivers. Called number on side of truck and person who answered seemed to brush off the problem

I haven’t worked with professionally, so I can’t comment on their work. However, this morning I was cut off by one of their vans. The driver cut in front of me as we approached a red light. Seems he was in the wrong lane. I honked, thinking he couldn’t see me, and he flipped me off and yelled obscenities. Once we passed the light, he proceeded to drive about 20mph for several miles despite the speed limit being 35-45mph. The slow down caused me to be late, and likely wasted company time. While I can’t comment on their electrical work, I would never hire a team this petty or that conducts themselves in such an unsafe manner. I can only imagine how they act on a job if things don’t go smoothly.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Kris’s team (Bill, Jimmy, and Mike)! They worked around our schedule and timeline, respected the cleanliness of our home, and adapted the system to work with our antique home (and my preferences!). They installed two Bosch heat pumps, added zoning, and redesigned all new ducting. Very thorough, we’re pleased with the outcomes and will definitely be using for future HVAC projects!
