Love Kristen! She helped me pick a few items for my house. She fast, straight forward and stays within budget. Highly recommend!
Kristen works with your ideas and incorporates what is important to you as well as what will give you the best design for your project.
Bluedoor Interiors/Exteriors did a landscape design project for me both in my front and back yard. The attention to detail and professionalism Kristen and Erin showed toward my project was outstanding. They have an incredible work ethic and completed the project before the deadline. The original estimate was adhered to, and not only did they stay on budget for the job, but when they incurred an issue with some excavation, they didn't charge me for the extra work. That is unconventional in most vendors when dealing with work outside the scope of an original estimate. Not only is my yard show-ready, the care they still take in the upkeep by communicating with my landscaper and sending me notes, shows they have an unyielding pride in their work. Kristen and Erin have a very clean and current sense of style, but they also don't pick out the highest priced items. They have me choices based on my style and varied the costs so I could determine what was ideal for me. Their comfortable demeanor made it seamless for me to communicate with them. And I especially liked that they dealt with every detail and all I had to do was enjoy the results. I would recommend Bluedoor all day long to anyone inquiring; their speciality is listening to the client. I got exactly what I wanted out of my landscape design project.
Blue Door Designs designed and decorated my formal living room and dinning room. Over the last few years, I spent a lot of time and money trying to get THE look I wanted, but I was never happy. I finally gave in and hired Kristen and her assistant Erin. They literally walked in, asked me a couple of questions, looked at rooms I already loved and that was it. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have two of the most gorgeous rooms I have ever seen. I also asked them to decorate the outside for the holidays. They did an amazing job! I really and truly can not say enough about Blue Door Designs. Over the next few years, I plan of having them do the rest of my house so that it is the home I always dreamed of .
Hiring Blue Door designs is hands down the best decision I've made this year. Kristen took a very rough vision that I had, and turned it into a reality. We started with a Pinterest board which we worked on together, and once Kristen had a sense of who I am/ what I like she was able to pull it all together and bring it to life. I'll admit there were times I questioned items or paint colors but when it was all set and done I was amazed at how Kristen was able to see it way before I could! She's been right on the money every single time. P.S. Kristen is one of the funniest people I know, and a pleasure to work with. P.P.S Her assistant, Erin, is also amazing.
