Wow Construction LLC

Wow Construction is a design-build remodeling contractor founded by Sam, who one reviewer describes as combining general-contracting experience with ongoing architectural studies; another longtime client says the business started in Quincy. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor license is registry-verified active, and its own site describes custom home building, renovations, additions, and built-ins across Greater Boston and the South Shore. The written record so far runs almost entirely through Google, all from 2024 through the most recent review that November, and all five stars but one four-star review. Bathroom remodels are the recurring project type, though the range extends to kitchen remodels, a basement renovation turning a single room into a living space with a bathroom and office, home additions and extensions, a second-story composite deck rebuild, structural beam reinforcement, and an office buildout. Several reviewers speak to specifics: a 2024 reviewer said Sam kept usable pressure-treated framing rather than replacing it unnecessarily on a deck project; another described a basement-conversion crew that impressed them start to finish; a longtime client called him reliable, detail-oriented, and reasonably priced since he started the business in Quincy. One thing worth flagging plainly: roughly 30 of the 43 reviews on file were posted within a single three-week window in late January and February 2024, and many of them use strikingly similar, heavily stylized language — words like "epitome," "masterpiece," and "unparalleled" recur across reviews from different named reviewers. That kind of tight clustering can happen legitimately when a contractor asks a backlog of past clients to leave reviews at once, and several of the clustered reviews do include specific, credible project detail — but the pattern differs enough from an organic trickle of reviews that it's worth knowing about rather than reading the review count at face value. For a homeowner in the Greater Boston or South Shore area considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel, an addition, or a design-build project, the specific, detailed accounts here point to a hands-on, design-minded contractor — just weigh the review volume with the clustering above in mind, and ask for a couple of references directly.
