At first I was really happy that he responded so quickly, came immediately, and took care of the problem-- or so I thought. I think he diagnosed the problem relatively correctly, but just didnt fix it. A week later, my toilet wasn;t working at all. I reached out to him many times, asking him to trouble-shoot why it might not be working anymore. He didnt contact me until weeks later-- and then did not reply to my question but instead just asked what I wanted. At that point I had no faith hed be able to fix the issue, so I moved on. Total waste of money down the toilet (literally).
