Lamy Construction LLC

Craig is very responsive and informative. He offers advice on the steps needed to achieve our new construction. He has aided us in acquiring the necessary requirements and look forward to continue working with him.

We recently hired Craig for a full deck rebuild. Craig paid careful attention to detail throughout the project, always gave us his full attention whenever we had questions or concerns, and offered great suggestions along the way. He's a real craftsman, and the results reflect that. Several of our neighbors have gone out of their way to say how awesome the deck looks. Needless to say we were very happy with our experience working with him.

Craig built a deck for me. He did a great job . Pleasant, good communication and always punctual. Very knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.

Craig and his team at Lamy Construction did a renovation on our upstairs bedrooms and addressed some water damage issues in our bathroom. The main project involved moving a wall between two bedrooms to create space for a closet and opening up space under some stairs to create extra floor space with easy access. Craig opened and moved the wall, custom designed a closet, designed and built a custom nook to fit a dresser, and opened up and finished what had previously been a crawl space under a set of stairs. This involved some electrical work, as well as addressing a window frame that had previously been “creatively” framed. The bedroom looks great, and feels so much bigger now. Craig and his team handled everything from demo to finish details and paint professionally and they kept the work spaces (and the rest of the house) clean. We will absolutely use Lamy Construction for future projects. Craig is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful about his projects and recommendations.

Lamy Construction is the best! After my parents were ripped off by a contractor who took several thousand dollars, removed their kitchen cabinets and countertops, and then disappeared—leaving them without a functioning kitchen for months—Craig at Lamy Construction was truly a lifesaver. From the moment he stepped in, Craig was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He helped them with their kitchen cabinets, countertops, and everything else they needed, and he went above and beyond at every step. His workmanship was excellent, his communication was clear, and most importantly, he restored their trust after a really awful experience. The level of care, attention to detail, and integrity Craig showed was such a relief after dealing with someone who had completely conned them. I would absolutely recommend Craig for any type of contract work. A+ experience and a wonderful job all around.
