I started working with Scott on a front porch in May 2025. It was a lot of work to finally get the permits to start the job, but Scott and his team were there every step and ready to start once a permit was issued (September 2025, completed job by October). He and his team were easy to work with... he kept in touch about everything, helped me through deciding design (even up til the last week) and what was once a pipe dream became one of my favorite spots at my house. Would highly recommend SD Construction and so thankful for all their help!

Scott and his team are amazing! They have done several projects for us over the years and their attention to detail and their craftsmanship really shines. They will go over and above to make sure a job is completed, but completed to the a higher standard of excellence. What’s more, the crew are professionals who respect you and your home.

We hired SD Construction to repair our bath, which was flowing out of the tub behind the wall. Scott problem solved to figure out the cause of the leak, and worked to preserve as much of the original materials as possible to help with costs. They took out our bath tub, repaired damage, and improved everything underneath to prevent a future issue, resetting the tub so water doesn't flow out, and sealing everything to prevent further water loss. Scott was always very communicative, and his guys were friendly, polite, and very thorough. We can see evidence that they did not cut corners, but did their due diligence throughout the job. This is the second job we've hired SD Construction on, and we highly recommend them. Pictures show some of the original damage, and the repair work that you can see. Pictures do not do justice to the work they did.

Scott and his team just finished replacing a wall in my sunroom that had rot damage. The project ended up being much larger that first anticipated but Scott kept me informed throughout the entire process. Scott and his crew are very hard working and did an amazing job. Their attention to detail is quite impressive. I would highly recommend them and will certainly call Scott for any future projects.

Worked with Scott and his team in July of 2025. They replaced the flooring and railing system on my homes rear deck and performed a garage wall Sheetrock repair. They were great people to work with, estimated costs to within a few dollars and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend S.D. Construction.
