A 2022 customer of Lavorgna Fuel Oil Services wrote that they ran out of oil on New Year's Day, and Lavorgna got to them within an hour of the call and found a major issue with the boiler. That customer said Pat then fully repaired and restarted the boiler. A 2022 customer who was new to the company said it delivered the same day during an emergency and did not try to gouge them for the last-minute request. A 2023 customer said front-end service had become awful, describing a mix-up over a contact number for a payment that left them with no oil until the next day. A 2023 reviewer wrote that anyone with complaints should go to the Tunix site.
MY COUSIN PAT (LAVORGNA OIL) WHO WAS AN EXTREMELY HARD WORKER AND CARED VERY MUCH ABOUT HIS CLIENTS, NO LONGER OWNS THE BUSINESS. TUNIX OWNS IT NOW. IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS GO TO THE TUNIX SITE!
Since this new company took over, service is awful at front end. They said they had a wrong number to contact me about my payment which they’ve had my same number for a year. ! No I have no oil til tomorrow. It’s their fault! They should come out today
I almost never take time to write reviews but I find it almost an obligation when things are either VERY good or Very bad in hopes to help others. If your shopping for a new oil service provider in the area do not look any further; as a brand new customer all I can say it’s, great customer service and they delivered on get same day while I went through a lil emergency without trying to gauge me for last minute request as other companies like to do. I’m for supporting local business especially those that go above and beyond and this is one I would highly recommend! Look no further!!
We ended up with no oil on New Year’s Day and Lavorgna not only got to us within an hour of calling, but found a major issue with our boiler. Then Pat took the time to fully repair and restart the boiler. Thank you so much, we are very very lucky.
