Lawn Care Essentials

Lawn Care Essentials is a North Andover-based lawn care and landscaping outfit run by owner Mikey Sullivan — the company says it's entering its fifth year, with Sullivan, now a Babson College student, having trained a crew to handle the work. Beyond routine mowing, the company's own site lists mulch and cleanup jobs, hardscape and drainage work, junk removal, and winter plowing. All nine Google reviews on file are five stars, most from the past several months. Customers describe a fairly consistent pattern: on-time, responsive crews handling weekly summer mowing, spring cleanups, and mulch work, with more than one reviewer specifically praising Mikey's own communication and responsiveness. One customer described a full mulch-bed transformation paired with crisp weekly mowing all summer; another had the crew handle bed edging and mulch installation and called the result "perfect." A different customer had an old playset hauled away alongside routine mowing and mulch work, describing the whole process as smooth and professional. In a February 2026 review, one customer — hiring the company for the first time that past summer — said they didn't have to think about their lawn again through the fall, and called the pricing more reasonable than other companies they'd considered. There's no negative account here yet, and the review history is still short — worth keeping in mind for a young, growing crew — but everything on file points to dependable, communicative service on routine lawn and yard work.
