The bench around her is unusually credentialed for a small builder. The superintendent is a journey-level commercial carpenter with a master's in construction management from Wentworth. There is a licensed professional structural engineer on the team, and a CFO with an MBA and an MS in finance. Leadership and advisers together, the company says, hold more than 140 years in business management and field operations, including multi-million dollar commercial projects. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 213616, is active. Nobody has written about hiring them yet.
