A 2025 review specifically credited a fall visit for core aeration and overseeding with real attention to a newly installed driveway nearby, and a customer of several years described steady improvement season over season. Set against that volume, a smaller but real set of complaints is worth taking seriously. A review from January 2026 and another from April 2026 separately describe being enrolled in a multi-year contract or seeing a billing arrangement change without clear notice — one called it deception outright, the other said a $1,000 season produced no visible grass and an unwanted four-year commitment.
