HIRE THIS INSPECTOR! Lawrence was FANTASTIC! When I first called, he took the time to actually go over what a home inspector does and explain things in an easy to understand way. It was clear right away that he genuinely cares for his customers and priorities their needs over simply making a profit. I know nothing about home inspections, but by the end of that call I felt confident and knowledgeable. I called other places, and everyone else had all these extra fees and add ons, that a regular person would have no idea if they needed. Larry is honest and professional, was extremely thorough, and went above and beyond during my inspection. I had called him on Wednesday in a pinch and he came out the next day, and I had my full report within 24 hours.
