Massachusetts Home Inspections

David was incredibly thorough on our home inspection. He walked the entire house with me and not only showed me problems and eventual issues, but told me how to repair (or get repaired) most of those issues. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

I hired David to do a home inspection AFTER closing on a house & moving in because I had concerns about the quality of the original inspection I received from a different company. Because of this, my house was inspected twice, giving me a direct comparison between David and the original company. David’s inspection was unequivocally more thorough, more thoughtful, longer, used more advanced technology (like a drone for the roof and laser thermometer), and found things that the inspector from the original company did not find. I would highly recommend David to anyone buying a house, or anyone who has already purchased one and would like a second opinion like I did. David did more than just point out issues that required repair, he also gave recommendations on improvements, modernizations, etc.

Dave was great! Performed a very detailed inspection of the roof first floor and basement of a restaurant! Highly recommended!
