Having a number of contractors contacting me to re-roof an addition & over a front porch, I chose LCT Construction based on materials research, reviews & presentation. They were on time, efficiently organized & professional in workmanship. I was more than impressed! And also the best part was the thorough clean-up. Not a fragment of old tiles or scraps anywhere. I watched through a window & saw how accurately tiles were laid, not a stroke wasted, with finished edges as promised. Good workmanship is hard to find today. LCT Roofing checked all the boxes including reasonable costs for quality materials. Even a late competitor remarked, "They use very good materials & are a good company within the industry." I have peace of mind I chose the best company for the job.

Did a good job on my 3 roofs but not a very good job sweeping for nails after as over 300 were found by me

New roof installed. We had a significant water dam problem so we had metal roof installed on the back half where the house gets little sun, and asphalt shingles on the front half. Chimney and skylight replaced at the same time. Friendly crews arrived early and worked long days. Team leaders Eduardo's and David's knowledge and attention to detail was impressive. The work was done meticulously and with great care, and cleanup was impeccable. Very happy with LCT.
