Its own site describes a locally owned operation serving the community since 2009, and BBB lists Danny Strong as president. There's very little customer writing to go on. Google shows a single five-star rating with no review text, and the company's BBB page — graded A+ but not accredited — lists no reviews and no complaints. The firm says it holds IICRC certification for restoration work. Two things worth asking about. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts general contractor license for the company that it says expired in December 2022 — a directory's claim, not verified against the state registry here, but worth asking the company about directly. The same unclaimed BuildZoom profile shows just two permits, both 2018 roof-shingle jobs in Marshfield. For emergency mitigation work, the multi-state footprint and the clean BBB page are what's on file — but with essentially no written customer history, get references and current license and insurance documentation before signing a rebuild contract.
