Its BuildZoom permit history, nine projects total, is almost entirely siding and roofing work: siding jobs in Framingham, Milton (twice, one in James Hardie fiber cement) and Revere, roof strip-and-reshingle jobs in Medway and Revere, and a $40,000 James Hardie siding replacement at 16 Dennett Rd, Marblehead in October 2023. That lines up with BBB's own description of the company as an exterior specialist, even though BuildZoom's marketing list also advertises kitchen, bathroom, whole-home and addition work that the permit record doesn't back up. The only customer review on file is a short, positive one — in an August 2025 Google review, a customer called the crew friendly and said the job was finished in record time. A couple of things worth clearing up before hiring: BuildZoom names Elvin Peguero as owner while BBB names Kevin Peguero, and the two directories list different addresses (Boston vs. Hopedale, MA) — worth confirming you're dealing with the current business and location.
