This was our second time working with Legacy and we have been incredibly happy both times. Their communication is very good and prompt. This time around Alec, Oliver and Chase did a 5K gutter install and they did a beautiful job. They were very professional and efficient.

The original price quote ended up being 30% higher for a basic gutter installation once the job was finished. There were up charges that should have been included in the initial quote price but was added on as extras. Installation started on one day and was completed 4-5 days later once the crew returned.

Cal & Conner did a great job with our gutter install on our metal building. Two 45 straight runs pretty high up with an unusual hanging setup. Nicely done. The night after they finished up we had very heavy rain and the gutters and downspouts handled it perfectly.

If I could give Legacy Gutters ZERO STARS, I would. This company was subcontracted through Master Roofers to install our gutters and installed them completely incorrectly and then would not own their mistake, nor fix the problem. We have had tremendous water damage to our house as a result. Here are all of the issues with Legacy: -Gutters were installed without enough pitch, leaving standing water in our gutters. This worsened drainage and led to horrific ice dams and water damage in the winter. -Gutters were not installed long enough, they were several inches short on each end of the roof. It took our other, far superior gutter company to point this out to us. -They installed the incorrect "micro guard" gutter guards for the pine trees in our yard- this allowed pine needles to quickly clog up the guards and prevent water flow (see attached photo). -The install team LIED to us during install, telling us that the gutter guards were maintenance free and would not need cleaning. -Installed the gutter guards reverse bend, meaning that the edge of the gutter guard was down inside the gutter (see attached photo) and not on the outside to prevent water from flowing to the fascia of the roof. This led to water flow back up into our fascia and soffits (see attached photos of frozen icicles coming out of soffits). -Send Kaleb, the sales guy, with NO ladder instead of a team to actually assess the problem when we asked them to send a team to go up on the roof to determine the cause of our water issues. Kaleb LIED to us and said how the owner Dane is great and will "always make things right." Then, later, Kaleb called us, denying Legacy's wrongdoings and involvement whatsoever with all of our water damage and would not give us Dane's direct number, claiming he "wasn't comfortable" giving us that information. As you can see, we had an absolutely horrible experience with this company and thousands of dollars of damage caused to our roof, foundation, etc. Highly recommend using East Coast Seamless Gutters instead.
