PBS Exteriors is an incredible team of exterior contractors that transformed our crawl space and foundation, and their work deserves to be the gold standard for any homeowner. This crew brought an incredible depth of knowledge and a calm confidence that immediately reassured us. They flawlessly repaired and removed moisture from our crawl space, assessed and sealed off vulnerable points where water was seeping in, installed vapor barriers to improve ventilation, and removed years of accumulated moisture and damage to keep the crawl space bone dry and structurally sound. Additionally, they identified where clay expansion and contraction had undermined our all-season porch’s stability. They installed proper drainage and re-leveled the affected areas. We can now walk through our home without fear of sagging and with zero dampness. We are beyond thankful. Not only did these pros solve every issue, but they treated our home as if it were their own. They worked cleanly, quickly, and communicated with total clarity from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!
