In a 2025 review, a customer said Jose assessed the roof, quoted it and replaced it within a week of the first outreach, with the installation done in a single day; that customer called it a local company in the Monadnock region. A 2024 customer who had just bought an old house said the roof needed more work than first quoted, and Jose laid out options and the added costs; the roof was still done in a couple of days. A 2022 customer said Jose and the crew stripped two layers of roofing, weatherproofed the roof and put on all new shingles, arriving about 9am and finishing around 5pm. A 2022 customer said other roofers had called the house's shingle color unavailable, and Jose found a comparable color that blended with the existing shingles. A 2023 customer said Jose came out for a roof leak and fixed it on the spot. A 2023 customer said they took down old satellites and replaced the shingles under them instead of patching the holes. We cannot say enough great things about Jose Baez Roofing. And they aren’t just roofing. Jose is expert at a lot and is very nice person. Honest, hardworking, accommodating, and friendly. He previously inspected and repaired our existing roof when we first moved in this summer and came out right away this week to fix our siding that came loose in a wind storm. Good as new.
