The night before our Christmas Party were my wife and I were set to host 75 people I lost heat and hot water. I reached out to Legacy Plumbing and Heating at 1:30 am through their 24/7 phone service line, and at 5:15 am I received a text message asking for additional details. I responded at 6:15 am when I woke up and I asked if I could call him to discuss. By 6:20 am we were on the phone talking through the problem, and by 7:30 am he was at my house to assess the situation. Less than an hour and a half later, Rob was able to diagnose and completely address the issue and restore my heat and hot water.
Rob’s responsiveness and willingness to come to my house at 7:30 am on a Saturday during the holiday season, in addition to his professionalism and ability to resolve the issue promptly were top of the line. The faucet works perfectly now, with no leaking, after Rob replaced it- no walls knocked down or renovation required!
He also replaced a tub stopper that we were told (by the same previous plumber) couldn’t be replaced and would require knocking down a wall to put a new one in.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Legacy is now our go-to company for all plumbing needs and it’s great to have someone we can trust.
