- 43 permitted projects — BuildZoom records that many jobs for the company
- Additions and new builds — BuildZoom lists custom homes and whole-home remodels
Legee Construction works at the large end of remodeling. Its BuildZoom profile lists custom home builds and new home construction alongside whole-home and multi-room remodels, additions, kitchens, baths and basements, and shows 43 permitted projects for the Revere company. Both of its Massachusetts licences are active on the state registry: home improvement contractor registration 140296 and construction supervisor licence CS-084911, each held by Albert Legee. For an addition or a gut remodel — the kind of job where permits and inspections set the schedule — that licensing pair is the one to look for. Ask which of those permitted projects most resembles yours, and get the scope, allowances and timeline written into the contract before anyone starts.
