Jessie was excellent to work with. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and accommodate changes along the way. The entire process was easy to navigate with his guidance. The Superstratum system has been a great addition to our home, and since the work was completed, we've been able to spend more time comfortably in our house each day. I highly recommend Jessie. I truly appreciate his patience, knowledge, and commitment to helping our family.
Jesse spent 2 days doing some work for us and was great! He cleaned our ventilation system (22 registers), installed a new ERV system, and fogger sprayed our basement. He was meticulous, on time, and very reasonably priced. Will be recommending his services.
Jesse spent 1.5 days cleaning our hvac ducts. He was outstanding. Showed up on time both days, did a great job, and went out of his way to fix other things broken he found on the way. I highly recommend him.
We had a great experience from start to finish . Jesse was responsive , knowledgeable and very professional . The process was smooth and done in a timely manner . He answered all our questions about mold and mycotoxins and his procedure of doing things eased my mind. He was organized and thorough. I would 100 percent recommend Jesse to those in need of mold remediation.
Jesse and Timothy came and cleaned all 20 vents and my air handler and my dryer. Jesse even fixed my dryer as the hoses had come undone when my washer went nuts in the spin cycle due to a heavy load. So professional and courteous. Very respectful of my home, which is no small feat due to the large bulky equipment they use. Jesse had Timothy clean the wheels on the dolly they brought so it wouldn’t mar the floor. They both wore shoe protectors and changed them every time they went out of the house. And to top it off, the price was exactly what was quoted and very reasonable. They spent six hours here and worked the entire time. My house feels much better now. Love these guys. Highly recommend them.
