NE Disaster Solutions works out of Nashua, and the calls that define it are the ones nobody plans for — a burst pipe, an ice dam backing water into an attic, a sewage backup that leaves seven inches of standing water in a basement. Across 71 Google and Better Business Bureau reviews running from 2022 through 2026, one name comes up in nearly every account: project manager Jason Parker, whom one reviewer identifies as the owner and whom reviewers consistently say personally answers the first call and shows up within hours, sometimes the same afternoon. The track record is deep and largely consistent across that stretch. Reviewers describe fans and dehumidifiers running the same day a sump pump failed or a washing machine flooded a basement, and several credit Parker's crew — Josh, James, and Meg are all named across different jobs — with handling the back-and-forth with insurance companies directly so the homeowner didn't have to sit on hold. Mold remediation is the recurring specific: attics, basements, and bathrooms cleared and retested, sometimes after a scope change mid-job. Better Business Bureau lists the company's services as spanning fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and air duct cleaning, and gives it an A+ rating; the bureau also lists an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification number for the company, though that's the bureau's own listing rather than an independent check. Not every account lines up with that picture. An October 2025 Google review said a second company, brought in after the fact, found mold still on the basement walls that hadn't been removed, and that the quoted four-day job and its price grew once work was underway. A separate, undated Better Business Bureau review describes a customer who felt a mold job was over-promised and under-delivered. Both are specific enough to raise directly: ask what happens if the scope changes once walls are opened up, and whether a post-remediation clearance test is included before final payment. For a Nashua-area homeowner facing sudden water, fire, or mold damage, this reads as a company people call back for a second problem and refer to family members for — the volume and consistency of detailed, specific praise over four years is hard to dismiss. Given the one detailed complaint about incomplete mold removal, though, it's worth getting the scope and any clearance testing in writing up front.
These guys did amazing! Jason Parker and his crew turned a house that had years of cigarette tar, and dust, and turned it into a home. The amount of cleaning they had to do was astronomical, and they got it all done in just a few short days. They exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend them enough!
Jason Parker and the team at New England Disaster Solutions were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout a difficult water-damage and remediation situation at my home. What stood out most was that Jason always made himself available whenever I had a question or concern. He consistently returned my calls, took the time to explain the process, and never made me feel like I was bothering him, even when the insurance process became complicated and frustrating. Jason carefully inspected the affected areas, documented the moisture and damage, prepared a detailed scope, and communicated directly with my insurance company when clarification was needed. I appreciated his honesty and his commitment to recommending the work he believed was necessary to address the damage properly. His team was also professional throughout the remediation process and took appropriate precautions to protect the rest of the home. I would confidently recommend Jason and New England Disaster Solutions to anyone dealing with water damage and mold concerns!
I worked with Jason on a small project in Bedford, MA. From the first phone call all the way through the last, he was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was appropriately responsive, able to thoroughly answer all my questions, and did everything he said he was going to. As a contractor, I will be working with and referring people to NE Disaster in the future.
Used cleaning and sanitization of a basement sewer back up, which left 7 inches of sewage in basement. Worked with the project manager Jason and his crew. They were at my door less than 3 hours after initial call to start pumping out. Jason was very helpful in guiding us through the process and going over our insurance claim as well. I did bother him several times with text messages even after hours, and he responded right away each time. We were given a fair price for the amount of work and the industry standard and we are very happy with the results.
Jason and the team at NE Disaster Solutions responded quickly and effectively to dry and clean water damaged wood from an ice dam. The communication was great and they worked directly with our insurance company.
