Refrigerator interiors, ovens and floors featured in an October 2018 customer’s praise for Leia’s Cleaning Services. The reviewer said the crew left the appliances looking new and the floors spotless, and described the cleaning as reasonably priced. Leia’s is based in Everett and says it provides residential and commercial cleaning in Massachusetts. Its advertised service area includes Medfield, Dover, Norwood, Walpole, Brookline, Newton, Natick, Concord, Acton, Wrentham, Medway, Marlborough, Berlin and Holden. In a March 2019 review, a customer said Leia helped clean when their mother was ill and praised the prompt, careful work. Another March 2019 customer praised the house cleaning and flexible scheduling. An Angi reviewer writing in January 2022 also described Leia and her team as flexible. A September 2021 Google reviewer described a rushed apartment cleaning with missed areas. They said Leia assigned the work to Monica, who arrived with her husband at 4:30 p.m. for a 3 p.m. appointment. According to that customer, the 1,350-square-foot apartment took about an hour and a half to clean, but kitchen shelves remained sticky and dirty, and the customer had to clean shelves, the refrigerator and window panes afterward. The company offers free estimates and says it is insured. Its Angi profile lists deep cleans, one-time interior cleaning and recurring maid service.
