Leo is a consumate professional. I originally asked him to help with installing a bathroom faucet but then as I was considering the work scope I realized a vanity would be easier to repair/work with in the future. The previous owners for my house decided to glue the pedestal sink to the floor tiles. It was an impossible job. Leo showed up and helped me out big time. He removed the pedestal sink, installed the vanity and then finally hooked up the faucet. Though the scope of work changed, he was very understanding and was able to adjust masterfully. As was appropriate, he told me the pricing up front due to the scope change and was absolutely fair. It was a breath of fresh air working with him and would work with him again in the future. Leo was a great hire. He's punctual, responsive, skilled at the task that he was hired to do and completed the project timely and on budget. He came in prepared ( buckets, tools, etc) for the flange installation. He cleaned up the area when he completed the task and he made sure that the toilet worked properly before he left!
