In April a customer changed the job mid-stream — from a faucet swap to a full vanity — after finding that pedestal sink cemented to the tile; Leo pulled the sink, set the vanity, hooked up the faucet, and quoted the new price before starting. In late July a homeowner called about a broken kitchen faucet on Wednesday, and he arrived Friday with a replacement already picked up. We contacted Leo about a broken kitchen sink faucet on Wednesday. He was able to come on Friday and picked up a new faucet on the way. He installed it quickly and professionally. He was very easy to work with and I am very happy with the work product. Leo did a great job installing the kitchen faucet and replacing our home water filtration system filters. Leo was responsive, timely, and made sure to check in with us at every step of the process. He went above and beyond for a high-quality job. He also helped fix our toilet handles and the pump to ensure water wasn't getting lost. I will look to work with Leo again, thank you so much!! Leo is a consumate professional. I originally asked him to help with installing a bathroom faucet but then as I was considering the work scope I realized a vanity would be easier to repair/work with in the future. The previous owners for my house decided to glue the pedestal sink to the floor tiles. It was an impossible job. Leo showed up and helped me out big time. He removed the pedestal sink, installed the vanity and then finally hooked up the faucet. Though the scope of work changed, he was very understanding and was able to adjust masterfully. As was appropriate, he told me the pricing up front due to the scope change and was absolutely fair. It was a breath of fresh air working with him and would work with him again in the future. I made a mess trying to do some plumbing by myself. Leo responded less than 30 seconds after I put in my request. Leo was a great hire. He's punctual, responsive, skilled at the task that he was hired to do and completed the project timely and on budget. He came in prepared ( buckets, tools, etc) for the flange installation. He cleaned up the area when he completed the task and he made sure that the toilet worked properly before he left!
