Reviewers describe Leo Jr. walking them through carpet and tile options and helping narrow down the right choice for the room; in a 2024 review, one customer described taking samples home to discuss with a spouse before deciding. Installations move fast: a kitchen countertop, floor, and backsplash came together in three days in one recent review, and in a January 2026 review a hardwood floor took four days. In an October 2024 review, an installer finished two carpeted rooms in half a day, and a 2022 review said the carpet quality beat what the reviewer had seen at big-box stores for a comparable price. There's a real, if small, rough patch in the fall and winter of 2024. In a September 2024 review, a customer said kitchen tile grout began deteriorating within six months, that the company blamed the customer instead of coming to look at it, and declined a follow-up visit. A separate December 2024 review called the customer service disrespectful and untruthful, with no further detail given. Both stand apart from an otherwise unbroken run of five-star reviews before and since, including four in the past six months. Leo's is a solid pick for a straightforward flooring or countertop swap — carpet, hardwood, tile, or granite and quartz counters — especially if an unhurried, sample-driven sales process matters.
