The plumber was great. I had asked for a camera which they said they would have and they showed up without a camera so there wasn't much to do but the plumber helped me anyway he could said I would get some kind of credit or he'd be back with a camera. The company took their payment from the credit card that I had to give them to secure the appointment without my permission. That wasn't good even though I would have paid the invoice it would have been nice for them to ask permission or send me an invoice that I could have paid and not just taking the money from my credit card

We had Ticia come and service our HVAC equipment and she was on-time, a great communicator, fixed all the problems and for one that she was’t totally sure how to fix, she got on the phone and got the right answer and got everything taken care of. 10 out of 10 service

Charles of Le Provost did a great job. It was two jobs actually, and both issues were fixed quickly and professionally.

Our technician was Michael. He did a very good job replacing a well water filter housing with a transparent version. As Becket residents we often try to book these jobs with Levernoch Plumbing (based in Washington) but they are frequently over booked. At the request of Sarah who works there she helped us overcome an initial problem where this work was not something LeProvost completes. If not for that miscue this company would have earned a 5th star. Although the charge to drive to Becket is $100 I consider them a reliable and nice group of people. Labor is in short supply in the hill towns and the housing stock is quite old. We appreciate them.
