A reviewer in October 2024 singled out the same care in reverse: a safety check thorough enough to catch untorqued terminals. Another, writing in November 2024, said they had used the company for about three years. Two things are worth raising before you call. One of the eight Thumbtack ratings is a single star, and whoever left it wrote nothing, so there is no way to know what went wrong — ask directly whether anything has gone badly and how it was handled. And Thumbtack lists the business in Melrose while the company's own site is Lynn-based; confirm who is coming and from where. Nothing here has been checked against the Massachusetts electrical registry, so ask for the licence number of the master electrician on the job and verify it yourself — routine for any panel or service work. For a homeowner with a breaker that keeps tripping, an EV charger to install, or a panel that has run out of room, this is a plausible small-shop call; for a large project you will want more of a track record than five reviews.
