The Team showed up at the time stated, and were ready to go. A quick walkthru to assess the move and they were in motion. They have a routine for loading and unloading that minimizes everybodies risk of damage and all worked in unison to get the job done. Unload was just as smooth and seemless. They asked the questions to verify that all items ended up where they needed to be. No damaged items and minimal time for the move. All in all, a great team and a great move if thats possible.

A great smooth moving experience. Took care of the big items. I thought they could move an item into the basement. They didn't. Since I doubted them, I tried it myself. And failed. They know exactly what they're doing, how to do and are efficient as the day is long. Price? Didn't bother to compare. Only received a tiny overcharge. I'd used Liberty Bell before. Would do it again.

The movers showed up on time and began loading immediately. It was a four person crew that knew what they were doing. They were personable, polite, and professional. They handled our furnishings with care. In two hours time they had loaded everything and were gone. I look forward to the return of our furnishings after storage. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I’m very disappointed in the movers themselves. It took them 3 hours plus to load the truck, and they weren’t able to fit everything. They spent at least a third of the time standing around or sitting and chatting. Then, a half hour unload and time for lunch turned into four and a half hours before the delivery of our items. When they arrived, they spent 15 min in the truck and appeared and smelled high. At 8:30 pm one of them was shouting over what I think was a football score. Overall their demeanor was very unprofessional. In addition, several of our items arrived damaged. It appears our sofa was left with its back in the mud and snow. Items they packed were packed poorly, including an espresso machine that was not emptied of water and soaked through the bottom of the box. Many boxes were torn, heavy boxes were dropped in top of fragile boxes, and frequently boxes were just dropped with no regard to if they were marked fragile. The response from the company was EXTREMELY unprofessional though I shouldn’t be surprised given their behavior here on reviews. We will be going through an attorney to try and recoup damages. I hope their franchise HQ sees these and takes appropriate action.

LIberty Bell Moving and Storage was great. I had to move out of my old place to my new place at the end of the month. I contacted them through their email and received a reply within minutes and just answered questions as to what had to be moved and from what address to the new address and received a quote. It was reasonable compared to other companies and actually less. I was booked that day. I was notified a reminder as the date grew closer and the day of the move was given a window of time to expect them and they called me when they were about a half hour away. The guys that arrived were professional, clean and polite and were great at moving what I asked and all was packed on their truck in less than an hour. The move was to a 2nd floor apt. No problem they said! I unloaded again less than hour despite having to take the legs of my kitchen table to get it in my new place and they put them back on. The stuff was handled correctly, nothing broken or damaged.I did offer the movers some cold water as it was almost 90 degrees that afternoon. I highly reccommend Liberty Bell Moving Peter Smith
