Liberty Bell Moving & Storage

I chose Liberty Bell because google shows them as having a facility in Bedford NH. But come to find out, it's only a "window" location so they attract prospective customers in the area. I did not know this. Their on-line portal/contract is very comprehensive. They like to do everything through the portal. Watch out for the extra charges. They nickel and dime on everything. The move was originally scheduled for an 8:00 am move, they changed that to TBD, then said it would be about 9 am. The movers came at noon. From Gorham, Maine. The movers were courteous and hard working. They were told about the job late the night before, and one was told that morning. That's why they were late. Although the movers did a good job, I wouldn't use the Liberty Bell again because of the back office.

Nothing was done as scheduled but was satisfactory when done.

Liberty Bell was able to accommodate our move with less than a weeks notice. Our belongings were stored for 2 months and then delivered to our new location exactly when we wanted them. Everything was in good shape. All employees, from office coordinators to movers, were exceptionally helpful, professional and nice. Thank you Liberty Bell!
