The customer described them as courteous and hardworking, while calling the Bedford listing a “window” location rather than the facility they had expected. The company’s website advertises local and long-distance residential and commercial moving, packing and storage. It names towns across Maine and New Hampshire as its service area and states that the business is bonded and insured. Google lists 4.2 stars from 17 ratings. Several older customers described completed moves. In August 2022, a reviewer said the company arranged their move with less than a week’s notice, stored their belongings for two months and delivered them when requested, with everything in good shape. A February 2022 customer moving belongings from Maine storage to Maryland described an email answered within minutes, continuing contact and delivery on the quoted date. A July 2022 reviewer said they had moved from Maine to Florida that January. Another customer writing that July described the crew moving belongings into and out of a POD on their property during renovation work. A May 2022 reviewer praised the crew’s care while packing and unpacking the truck. Heavy furniture also featured in older accounts. A November 2021 customer described large furniture brought down a difficult staircase. In September 2021, a reviewer described an interstate move with heavy belongings carried from the second floor. Scheduling drew a separate complaint in September 2022: a customer said nothing was done as scheduled, although they were satisfied with the completed work.
