At 4pm on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving in 2025, a family needed furniture moved in a hurry and called Lifetime Moving. Michael told them 8:15 the next morning, and the crew was there. That is the sort of thing this Sudbury company's customers write about, and they write a lot of it: 308 Google ratings, nineteen of them posted in the last six months. What nearly every account has in common is that it names the movers. Sergio, Robie, Sumo, Chuck, Tyke, Debo, Jyrese, Ethan, Sam, Silvio, James — crews of three to seven, named by the people whose furniture they carried. A customer in June 2026 who had to clear out a son's apartment after an eviction remembered the man who lifted what she could not. A January 2026 family moving their mother into assisted living on a hard day said the crew talked to her about how good the new place would be while they worked. In April 2026 a customer who interviewed six companies picked Lifetime because the movers were employees and the trucks belonged to the company. Money usually comes up in their favour. An October 2025 customer said the quote was the lowest he received and the final bill carried no extras. A September 2025 customer said the original estimate was held to exactly, the pickup and drop-off trucks each arrived when promised, and the same three movers handled both ends. A December 2025 shipment from a Massachusetts storage unit to an overseas shipper in Miami needed more packing supplies than expected, and the customer still called the price more than fair. The exception is about distance. A customer writing in November 2025 about a long-distance move made that June across several states said much of what arrived was damaged — broken glassware and visible damage to wood furniture. Separately, a February 2026 customer who was delighted with her crew said the office end of the arrangements was only so-so on communication. The company is family-owned and works out of Sudbury, Brighton and Southborough, and its Better Business Bureau page lists a Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities licence, number 31762, and a federal motor carrier registration. For a local move, a third-floor walk-up, or a day that is going to be emotional, this is a crew people come back to praise by name. For a multi-state move, put in writing who packs the fragile items and how a damage claim is handled before the truck is loaded.
We were doing a local move and looked into possible companies and chose Lifetime because of both the reviews and fair pricing vs other companies. We were impressed and understand why these guys get the 5 star reviews. Sergio, Jyrese, Ethan and Andrew were our moving team. Both them and the pre-pack team were professionals. They handled our items with care and precision, they didn't hesitate to ask questions during the process and inform us about progress. The move went very well and if we move again, these guys are going to be the company we contact.
Great job- so careful and helpful and efficient! Highly recommend !

Rock star status and High Fives all around for Robie, Chuck and James. I had them move me from the Wilmington POD location to the new place and they handled it well. Awesome care, good sense of humor, personable and did an incredible job with everything. Beyond helpful and would hire them again. Cheers guys!
