We recently had our kitchen remodeled and the sunroom floor replaced. Our experience was very positive. The kitchen & new floor are more functional and look great. It was a pleasure to work with LCG and they went above and beyond our expectations. They treated us with respect and made sure we were getting what we asked for in the contract. They set the calendar with the timeframe of when each action would happen, so we knew what to expect as the project progressed. Our oven broke down prior to the start of the project, and they came out early to install the new double oven with electrical work and cabinet modifications so we would have a functioning oven in the interim. We lived in the house during most of the project and that worked well. LCG helped set up our temporary kitchen and moved the old refrigerator so we would have easy access to it during the renovations. Our dogs do not always welcome strangers but every person that worked on the house made the effort to befriend our dogs. The dogs miss their new pals now that the project is complete! They made sure the work area was cleaned up each day and we were pleasantly surprised how contained the work area was and how clean the rest of the house stayed. There were constant communications and updates, and we were able to work through any issues that came up without much stress or difficulty. We plan to use Lighthouse Contracting Group for renovation projects within our house in the future.

We are very happy with Lighthouse Contracting Group. They are professional and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with their scheduling. Everything was on schedule from start to finish! No surprises at all. From the very beginning, we visited their office and talked with the interior designer. They are very thorough and helpful. Once the project began, they cleaned up and organized the work space everyday. We were able to communicate with all of them through an App in case of any urgent questions. We were able to get our questions answered within 12 hours, if not a couple of hours, even during the weekend. Besides the App, text messaging is another way to keep in touch with the project leader with anything. Jason, our project leader, is very knowledgeable. He caught some serious issues on the house and took time to work with the original builder to fix the issues. When we had questions not related to the current project, Jason was always willing to provide advices or even helped to fix those issues. We were away for an extended period of time in the middle of winter but we were very comfortable leaving our house to Jason and his crew. Now, the basement has turned into a nice place and an extra space where my family can hang out and enjoy. We are grateful to have Lighthouse finish our basement, now "Lower Level". We highly recommned Lighthouse and will definitely have them over again if we need any renovation on the house.

We could not be happier with our remodel by Lighthouse Contracting Group. We renovated a good portion of our house (kitchen, one entire bathroom and parts of two more, plus adding a bathroom, a walk in closet and some additional space). The entire team was easy to work with. We really appreciated the daily online updates, showing us what progress was made at the house each day. We very much wanted the project done before summer, and it was completed on time. Most importantly, the results are fabulous! The team at Lighthouse had great ideas, great attention to detail and great craftsmanship.

Lighthouse Contracting Group was amazing to work with from start to finish. When we first met with Jeremy, we were unsure of exactly what we wanted done to our house but explained what our hope was. We needed another bedroom but also wanted to gut and redo our kitchen and make the first floor flow. He listened to us and suggested a complete first floor remodel because it would meet all of our requests and goals. The design team he paired with helped bring our dream to life. Not only did we remodel our kitchen and make it open concept with our living room, but they redid our first floor bathroom and created a first floor master suite that is absolutely beautiful. The project was within our budget and all of the materials and finishes are exactly what we hoped for! Cody, the lead carpenter, and the rest of the team, as well as the subcontractors, were nothing short of phenomenal. Whenever an issue arose, because let's face it - they always do in construction, they handled it swiftly and with transparency. They accepted nothing short of the best and gave us the absolute best in return. They were timely, professional, and detailed in their work. The craftsmanship was top-notch. While construction is normally stressful, the Lighthouse team made it stress-free. They communicated with us daily via their app and weekly at our meetings.
