When a customer of T.A.R Residential Construction made a mistake on a cabinet order, Thomas built custom pieces so everything fit. That kitchen and dining room update also meant matching the stain on a new hardwood floor to the existing one, and the customer said he cleaned up at the end of each day and kept the kitchen as usable as possible during the work. A customer said Thomas got their back deck done on time and on budget. A customer who had a new back deck built and the front porch remodeled said the job finished within the timeframe they were given and called the pricing very fair for the quality. Thomas rebuilt a porch for a customer who said he communicated daily. A customer who has worked with Thomas for several years listed replacing flooring, installing doors, redoing two bathrooms and replacing ceilings. A customer whose mother had TAR remodel her kitchen hired him for their own kitchen, then for a staircase the customer called a challenging carpentry project because the original framing was far from perfect. A customer who had an addition built said Tom shows up when he says and stays until the job is completed. On Google, the business holds 5 stars from 7 ratings.
We had our kitchen & dining room updated by TAR Construction and couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of workmanship was excellent and the entire project was handled professionally from start to finish. When I made a mistake with my cabinet order, Thomas went above and beyond by building custom pieces to make everything fit seemlessly. He also had to be creative with some work-arounds dealing with an old, less than perfect existing contruction. He also put tremendous effort in matching the stain on the new HW floor to existing and the transition looks fantastic. We also appreciated how respectful he was of our home. He cleaned up thorougly at the end of each day and worked with us to keep the kitchen as functional as possible throughout the rennovation process. Thomas and his subs are reliable, skilled, detail-oriented and easy to work with. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and someone who truly cares about the finished product.
From the start, Thomas was absolutely top notch in his work ethic, professionalism, and discipline in getting the job done on time and on budget. My family is now able to enjoy beautiful summer nights on our back deck which is priceless with the memories we are building out there. I would recommend Thomas to anyone.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are absolutely thrilled with our new back deck and the remodel of our front porch! From the very beginning, it was such a pleasure working with our contractor. He was reliable, punctual, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the finished project. The work stayed on schedule and was completed within the timeframe we were given, which was really important to us. There were a lot of details involved in transforming both spaces, and we really appreciated the care and pride he put into his work. The finished deck and front porch have completely changed the look and feel of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. It was definitely an investment, but given the current cost of materials and the economy, we felt his pricing was very fair for the quality of work we received. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who is dependable, professional, and takes pride in what he does. We’re so happy we chose him for our project and would absolutely work with him again!
