Dan from Lighthouse Exterminators saved our day (and home) from a pest problem and was kind, communicative, and patient explaining the ins-and-outs of the problem and solution. We appreciated his generosity, humor, and attention to detail. On service he went above and beyond, willing to take an intake call on a summer Saturday. Even before he came to our apartment, he also gave us strategies to help manage the problem and arrived as soon as our schedule permitted. Upon arrival, Dan's service was prompt, efficient, and he patiently handled our millions of questions. One final note. As pet parents, sometimes it can be scary to hire exterminators but he left us completely reassured our home would be safe for both humans and pets (and free of pests). I'm so happy we used Lighthouse Exterminators and will use Dan in the future if we ever encounter a bug problem again.
