Lighthouse Home and Design

Lighthouse Home and Design is an owner-operated general contractor in Beverly, led by construction supervisors James Clarizia and Michael Fultz, offering home inspections, seasonal home care, handyman services, and interior and exterior renovations. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. The one review on file is a notable one: in a 2025 review, a cabinet maker who visited a job site to take measurements said he was impressed by the quality, accuracy, and level lines of the house Jimmy was building — a trade professional's read on the underlying construction work, not just the finished look. With one review on record, that trade-eye assessment is the clearest picture available; it's worth asking to see more completed projects before committing to a larger renovation.
