A recent Google customer said Brian of Little B Plumbing took the time to clearly explain everything and fixed their kitchen sink leak. With an old house and plenty of plumbing issues, that customer said they look forward to doing business with Brian again. A 2026 customer said they had used Little B for over 30 years and were always able to get an appointment. A 2025 customer who said they had used Brian for about 15 years wrote that he had just fixed their main water valve and shower. A 2026 customer said the company has helped their elderly uncle on numerous occasions and that the bill arrived in their email. A 2024 customer with a non-emergency took the next available appointment, about five days after calling, and got a confirmation call the night before. That 2024 customer said he showed up on time and the work was completed in less than an hour. A 2023 customer, a property investor, called Brian their go-to guy and described office staff who answer the phone and make appointments. A 2022 customer said the woman who answered the phone promised an approximate price the next day but called back at the end of the day, after they had already hired someone else. That 2022 customer said they would have used the company otherwise.
