Local HVAC describes itself on Angi as a small heating and cooling company located out of Bourne, MA, with 20 plus years of experience installing, replacing and repairing all types of HVAC systems, from new construction to retrofitting. In a 2022 review, the job was done at the reviewer's mother's home, a couple thousand miles away from the reviewer's own, and Matt kept the reviewer informed throughout the process while his team got the job done quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. A 2020 review says they recommended the right amount of work to modernize an AC system that had suffered a leak, and that the place was cleaned well afterward. In another 2020 review, a central A/C quote was called very reasonable, the installation fast and clean, and Matt always available for inquiries, updates and last minute changes. A separate 2020 review says a job they estimated at 2 days was done in a day, and that the reviewer also hired their electrician for other electrical work. In a 2019 review, they responded in 1 hr to an emergency call and made a quality repair. A 2018 review says they did a very good job installing a furnace. In a 2020 review, they came by within 3 hours of a Saturday call and quoted a new boiler for installation on Wednesday. That 2020 review says the job was done, but two weeks later the old boiler was still sitting in the reviewer's backyard and the receipt had not arrived.
