Local HVAC handles HVAC work in Bourne and the surrounding areas, and on Angi it says it has "over 20 years experience in the business." In a 2026 review, Matt arrived as scheduled, did the work per the contract and left the place spotless, and the system is working with no issues so far; his crew includes the electrician and the system's installers. In 2024, Matt and his team installed minisplits in 5 rooms and finished in one day; his team "consulted us every step of the way" on where each unit went, and they made the rebate process easy. On that job Matt also swept up debris in the basement and offered advice on fixing a leaking basement dehumidifier. In another 2024 job, Matt helped with the Mass Save program. In 2022, a heat pump install through the Mass Save program ran to 10 heads in a large, complicated house; the owner came to quote it the same day he was contacted, and the price Matt quoted was less than other companies in the area. Also in 2022, Matt and his crew installed mini splits in an old house with a crawl space that is almost impossible to work in. In a separate 2022 job, Matt gave a bid the day after the call and installed two mini splits for the price quoted. In 2022 as well, Matt and his team used drop cloths and took all the trash related to the job, and another 2022 install of Fujitsu A/C units was completed in 5 hours. In 2021, while installing a mini split heating and cooling system, Matt found some issues with another split system put in by a different contractor and offered to fix them without any extra charge.

Matt from Local HVAC quickly responded to our request for work and provided a fair quote. His communication with us was great and he completed the job in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Local HVAC for your next HVAC project!
Matt and his team from local HVAC did a terrific and expert job from start to finish. If my husband and I could give more than 5 stars we would. Matt was responsive, communicative, flexible, and on schedule throughout the process of coming over to scope out what we needed (minisplits in 5 rooms) and in getting the minisplits installed. In doing the job, his team consulted us every step of the way to make sure the minisplits were going where we wanted in each room, explained what the work entailed and how the minisplits worked. They finished the job in one day and the system has been working perfectly since the installation two weeks ago. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive, and they made the rebate process easy. Matt left our basement cleaner than he had found it-- sweeping any debris and even doing a bit of helpful reorganization and offering advice as to how we could fix our leaking basement dehumidifier. It was a great experience - we felt like Matt was really looking out for us - and Local HVAC gets our highest recommendation!! We love our new mini-splits, they keep the house cool and dry, no more worries about humidity!
