An October 2025 customer whose old furnaces failed on the coldest days described a crew that quoted and started work the same visit, then came back after the basement flooded to help sort the insurance claim and chase utility rebates on replacement heat pumps. Another that month left an after-hours voicemail at 7:30 in the morning, got a call back at 8:45 and had a technician on site by 9:15. Reviewers name individual techs — James, Evan, Vincent, Miguel — and one December 2025 customer noted the bill matched the quote exactly. Two things should give a homeowner pause. A January 2026 one-star reviewer says the phone number published on the company's website turned out to be an Angi's List line rather than the company's own, and that days of unsolicited calls followed, with no answer when they rang back to be taken off the list. Separately, three of the five-star reviews credit other businesses by name for the work — Fox Service Company, Billy Go and Jacob's — and a fourth is written in the first person as the company itself. The furnace and AC accounts are detailed and specific. But the five-star average is worth less than it looks.
