Lone Wolf Energy is a Ferrisburgh heating and cooling company whose website says it serves Addison, Chittenden, Washington and Essex Counties with heat pump, furnace, boiler and hot water heater installs. A recent Google customer said Shawn and his associates installed a many-zone ductless heating and cooling system covering the whole house, after a thorough assessment and multiple options based on room size, efficiency, aesthetics and hiding the lines. A recent customer who had three people work on their heat pumps said Shawn was the first to clean them properly and fix a chronic leak, and that he also fixed a noise issue with their ERV. A recent reviewer said Shawn diagnosed and fixed a dripping problem on their LG split system that no one had figured out for years, and later came back for a pre-winter checkup that included cleaning the internal heads and the outside unit. A recent customer said Shawn installed a single-zone system, kept them updated the whole time and left everything neat. In a 2024 review, a customer said the old furnace was removed and a new one installed. A recent customer described a central air install that never happened. They wrote that Shawn showed up without calling as promised, yelled at their son to get the dogs away, said he was not in the right head space and did not want to get in the crawl space, and never called back with the updated flat fee he said he would send.
Excellent service with great discussion of all options. Inspires trust.
After dealing with a dripping issue for years that no one could figure out, Shawn diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and our LG Split system has run flawlessly ever since! I recently had him come do a pre-winter checkup, which included cleaning the internal heads as well as the outside unit. As always, he was quick but thorough and reasonably priced. Shawn is flexible (he was able to reschedule at the last minute), very knowledgeable, easy to work with and shows up when he says he will. I highly recommend him for new installs, repairs or routine maintenance.
I had Shawn and his associates from Lone Wolf Energy install an entire HVAC ductless AC / Heating system in my home. WE ARE EXTREEMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR KNOWLEDGE, HONESTY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL !!! I was sent to them from a good friend who had previously worked with them for an install on his home. We needed many zones that covered the entire house. Shawn listened to us carefully for our needs and concerns. He did a thorough assessment of our home and provided multiple options based on room size, efficiency, aesthetics and the most discrete way to hide lines and the system overall. What we received is the cleanest, most professional install we could possibly hope for. It is unbelievable that it is almost undetectable when looking from outside. The attention to detail in preserving the look of our home left us really satisfied and awe of what they do. The system now easily climatizes and conditions the air throughout our home, even in the most extreme temperatures recently experienced this summer ! Needless to say the whole family is enjoying this major upgrade from window units. Now we have more security, more light in our home and the convenience of controlling the temperature in each zone individually. I am truly thankful that we choose Lone Wolf. This was the best decision we could have made. Who installs you HVAC system makes the difference. Look no further. These guys are the best !!!
I've had three people work on my heat pumps. Shawn was the first technician who cleaned them properly and was able to fix a chronic leak. He also fixed a noise issue with my ERV. If he had done the initial install I think I would have avoided several problems and saved some money fixing them. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and very professional.
Shawn did an excellent job installing my new HVAC system. He was communicative, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. When you're making such a significant investment in your home, it's important to trust both the person doing the work and the quality of the installation. Shawn made that easy. The installation was completed on time, without any issues or delays, and my new system performs exactly as he said it would. I highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality service.
