Longarone Exteriors

Longarone Exteriors is a Medfield building-envelope contractor, and its own description is squarely commercial: cladding, metal and ACM panels, siding, roofing, glazing systems, insulation, air barriers and rainscreen assemblies, working mainly with architects, general contractors and developers on commercial and multifamily projects. Trade publications named it as the metal panel installer on New England buildings through the first half of 2026, and its envelope scopes extend to insulation, attachment systems, fiber cement siding, triple-pane windows and metal panel cladding. Homeowners do hire it, and that side of the business has its own character. In a July 2025 review a customer described Alex staining a large mahogany deck along with its stairs and railings, praised how neat and orderly the work was, and credited Gustavo with the scheduling and the questions — the same job appears again in an Angi review signed Bob Murray. Another July 2025 customer had repairs done and called the work perfect. A 2024 reviewer described a siding renovation finished inside the promised timeframe, and a 2024 account describes a bathroom and kitchen remodel, which is a long way from rainscreen assemblies. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration a residential job requires, 214149, is confirmed active against the state registry in the company's name. Two things to keep in mind. Angi's 5.0 average rests on seven reviews, five of them the same Google reviews syndicated across from July and August 2025, so the two platform scores are not independent readings; that profile also advertises 79 services and seven years of experience without naming a licence. And the newest written account anywhere dates from August 2025. For a homeowner around Medfield wanting siding, deck refinishing or exterior repair, this is a commercial envelope specialist taking residential work alongside it. Ask who runs the job day to day, whether the crew is the one doing the commercial panel work, and get the timeline in writing.
