LOPCO Contracting Reviews

Lopco Contracting completed prepping and painting two bedrooms in under a week. They were professional and courteous. The bedroom ceilings and walls required quite a bit of attention prior to painting. The Lopco painters made both look great! We are very happy with our refreshed bedrooms.

From initial contact to the completion of our contracted job we were treated respectfully and professionally by Lopco Contracting. This company is owned and operated by Tom Lopatosky, who evaluated our project criteria and then supplied and produced top-quality work. The crew we worked with listened to our feedback, discussed, and then implemented our requests. They went above and beyond to complete this project. (Big thank you to Joe as a leader!) The end product is an investment that myself and my husband can take pride in wholeheartedly.

My wife & I decided to transform, paint & update all of our Interior dark stained doors, frames & louver closet doors to all white, along with updating & changing out all of the door hardware. There were many choices of choosing a painting contractor. We are very fussy on who we hire / it’s our home! After several painting contractor interviews, we felt the most comfortable with LOPCO Contracting. Tom explained the scope of the project and we liked what we heard. We are 110% satisfied & thrilled with the finished painting project. The transformation and finished painting was absolutely stunning. It has changed the entire look of our home interior to a clean, bright modern look. We want to recognize Mark / our LOPCO interior painter. Mark has a professional & detailed approach to his work. The prep work that he performed on the existing doors was key to a beautiful painted white finish. The amazing thing to us is how neat & meticulous Mark was in his painting skills……not a drop of white paint on our oak hardware floors when he was finished. We will be looking to change out our interior paint colors next and will be calling Tom / LOPCO Contracting to perform the work……foolish not to, especially on how beautiful our doors look now!

My husband and I are so pleased with great our house looks now that it's painted! The crew were all fantastic! Joe kept us apprised of what was going on at different stages, as did Charlie. All of the crew--Joe, Charlie, Rick, T, and another tall, slim, person whose name I didn't catch--was diligent and thorough with their work and attentive to any questions we had. We appreciate their care to avoid damaging the plants and bushes, as well as the thorough clean-up at the end of the day. In all of their interactions with us they were pleasant and courteous. Really great all around! Although we had less interaction with them, the carpenters also did a good job and nicely gave us a heads up about a couple of things (e.g. evidence of past carpenter ant presence in the garage). Please pass along my thanks to them. The above is a message I sent to Tom (the owner), and I'd like to add a bit more about the project. Our 100 year old house required a lot of preparation before it could be painted. It had a lot of layers of paint built up from over the years, and the work required adherence to guidelines for lead containment. Tom's crew were meticulous about the prep work and lead precautions. The paint job turned out beautifully. Finally, Tom himself was very straightforward in providing us with a detailed estimate before we contracted him. He responded quickly to any emails or texts we sent him. All in all, very professional and pleasant!

Great to work with! Communication was outstanding!! Tom and his crew did everything they promised. I haven't hired a contractor in a long time and didn't know what to expect, Was very pleasantly surprised, and plan on calling them again for spring projects.
