Gilmar Lopez and crew are very competent guys. I had a badly rusted support column under my screened in porch and I was going to replace it. Gilmar came by, took a look and immediately suggested that I replace all 3 columns with 6x6 pressure treated beams. On new footings. He quoted a very affordable price. I never met him before, but I liked his wisdom (and his price) so I made a leap of faith and gave him the job. He came the next day and had the old columns out and the new concrete footings set and curing by 1:30 PM. Next workday he came back in the afternoon and finished the job. Beautifully done - he is a very skillful, clever guy and his workmanship is outstanding! I recommend him (and his crew) very highly.
Mynor came over to our home on Wednesday August 3rd to look @ our Deck since we wanted to replace the Deck Skirting from Lattice to PVC. The property is a Duplex so our neighbors were also involved. He looked over the area and quoted us a price; which was very reasonable! He also made a suggestion to get more use of the space under the deck. We agreed to have him come on Friday August 5th to do the work. Not only did the finish product come out great, but the attention to detail was even better. He along with his crew were professional and friendly. We will definitely consider him and his crew for future projects!
Mr. Mynor come promptly to repair my deck and remove old boards that were being replaced. The new boards were a perfect fit under my pergola. He explained the product and the process, and they cleaned up well afterwards. Great company!!!
Gillmer Lopez is an Honest Contractor. He took a deposit to repair my porch but could not do the job because he could not find the right spindle designs. He informed me promptly and returned my deposit. Will hire him to do any other job that comes up in the future.
