Louis A Spagnoli Jr Construction

Forty-two permitted projects is a long working history, and BuildZoom's own permit analysis says most of Louis A Spagnoli Jr's are kitchen remodels. Ten of those permits came in the past three years — six in 2023, four in 2024 — with a typical permit value around $35,000 and a spread running from $4,200 to $910,000. Where that work sits is worth knowing before you call. The business address is 71 Evans Rd in Marblehead, but every sampled permit is in Boston or Charlestown: Beacon Street, Commercial Wharf, Atlantic Ave, Columbus Ave, Union Wharf, Arlington Street. Several are commercial or mixed-use buildings rather than houses — outdoor dining doors at 300 Boylston St, marquis repairs at 15 Arlington St, interior walls at 84 Atlantic Ave. The services attached to him are kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, interior renovations, custom carpentry and general repairs — the range that follows from gutting and rebuilding rooms in older city buildings. Two things to settle before hiring. BuildZoom lists several Massachusetts licence numbers under his name across construction supervisor, electrical contractor and general contractor types, among them construction supervisor CS-024784; take those numbers to the state's licence register and confirm what he holds for the job you have in mind. Second, because the permits are city work, ask whether he takes single-family jobs out your way and who runs the crew day to day. For a kitchen or bath gut in Boston or Charlestown, his permits describe exactly that kind of job, repeatedly. For a house on the North Shore, ask for a nearby project you can go see before you sign.
