Customers keep hiring ARS Construction back; its website describes a Marblehead design-build remodeler run by Aaron Schreibman. In a July 2026 Houzz review, a customer said they had hired ARS for a kitchen remodel, a primary-suite bathroom and a fire-damaged living space, and a June 2026 Google reviewer said they had used the company for quite a few jobs over several years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #180199, is active on the state registry. It holds 5.0 stars from 25 Houzz ratings. The company says it has 20 years in business. Another June 2026 reviewer said that, if they did their major renovation again, they would skip talking to other contractors and hire ARS from the start. A May 2026 Houzz customer said that when a mistake was made, Aaron fixed it right away. In a November 2020 review, a customer described a bathroom gut renovation and full drain stack replacement at the reviewer's mother's house. A September 2020 reviewer had third- and fourth-story decks repaired in five days during one of the hottest weeks of August, a March 2022 customer had a basement finished, and a November 2021 customer credited Aaron with helping them build a new home. In a February 2017 review, a customer said the cost and time estimates for a bathroom remodel were spot on.
We've hired ARS for several projects (kitchen remodel, primary suite bathroom remodel, fire-damaged living space) and we've been very pleased every time. Top-quality work. I highly recommend.
If I had to contract for my major renovation all over again, I would not have wasted time talking to numerous contractors and simply hired ARS from the very beginning. Aaron has proven to be responsive, creative, shown a deep desire to work for our best interests and has executed a beautiful project which we are very happy with. I highly recommend ARS Construction.
We’ve hired ARS Construction for quite a few jobs over the past several years and we’ve never been disappointed. Every single job has exceeded our expectations. Aaron’s attention to detail is incredible. He takes great pains to make sure everything is exactly what we want. He is the first person we call for any job and will remain so. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
