LTC Electrical and General Contracting Company is presented in Massachusetts as a general contractor serving remodeling projects. The Angi profile lists basement, bathroom, kitchen, addition, and major multi-room renovation work, and shows nine projects. Two 2026 homeowners describe a three-bathroom renovation and restaurant electrical and renovation work. The bathroom account details tile, flooring, vanities, a wall move, and a relocated shower, and praises communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The second reviewer says the work was completed quickly, professionally, and within budget. Angi lists Massachusetts trade licence number 217180 with an October 20, 2027 expiration date; this is a directory claim and should be confirmed independently. With only two written reviews, ask for recent references and a detailed scope and quote for the specific remodeling or electrical project.
We hired Tom from LTC Electrical and Contracting to renovate three bathrooms in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included a powder room with new paneling, tile, and vanity; a full bathroom with a new tub, tile, flooring, and vanity; and a complete master bathroom remodel that involved moving a wall and relocating the vanity and shower. Tom was professional, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire project. He arrived when promised, kept us informed every step of the way, and completed the work exactly on budget. What stood out most was his craftsmanship and attention to detail. The quality of the finished bathrooms is outstanding. We highly recommend Tom and would absolutely hire LTC Electrical and Contracting again for future projects.
I needed electric and renovation work done at my restaurant. Tom got it done for me quickly and professionally. He kept it in my budget exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call Tom again.
