Its HomeAdvisor page, listed under the earlier name Luciano Janitorial Service at the same Lynn address, adds two more five-star reviews and notes that Spanish is spoken. Two things to weigh. The written record stops in 2024, so nothing here tells you how the company is running right now. And its own listings disagree about how long it has been going - five years on Thumbtack, "more than 6 years" in one HomeAdvisor paragraph and 11 years in another on the same page. Thumbtack also currently shows the company as unavailable for commercial cleaning. For a deep clean, a move-out or a recurring house clean on the North Shore, the published prices are unusually plain: $140 basic, $250 deep, $275 move in/out as starting points.
